Sustainable development is a strategy for achieving a dignified life within the framework of what is physically and biologically possible. The basis of sustainable development is the integration of political, economic and social balance of nature and its objective is to ensure the ability to meet basic needs and improving the quality of life of communities, both contemporary and future generations. The principle of sustainable development is included in the Constitution and in the EU documents.
